This hotel was very bad. We asked for a quadruple room but were offered a six-bed room for 850,000 som, which was far too much for us. The listing on Google Maps showed no price and claimed breakfast was free, but they didn’t provide breakfast. When we objected, they offered two rooms with two beds each. Other hotels cost the same and are better quality.

I didn’t feel safe in the room because the door was flimsy and wouldn’t shut properly. The beds were completely worn out, and there were stains on the sheets and floor, a suspicious-looking blanket, and mold in the bathroom. The toilet flush button was missing too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The service also felt questionable: they asked to see our registrations from the previous hotel, which seemed strange and unnecessary.

Green Hotel in Toshkent is well placed between the airport and central train station, and our room was perfect, with a welcome kit that was both nice and useful. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and recommend it without hesitation. Thanks a lot! Julie & Lucie

Reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the train station was only an 8 minute taxi ride away.
