We had a positive stay overall. The room was clean and spacious, with a window net and a smart TV. Breakfast was generous and very good, and they made an effort to offer different dishes each day, which we appreciated. There was a bit of a rough start over an extra city tax charge, since booking.com said all taxes were included. It was a misunderstanding, but after that everything was great.

All the main sights are within a 10’ walk, since the guesthouse is right in Khiva’s old city. It’s a friendly, helpful place with only 2 rooms. Hot water and tea or coffee were available at any hour, and breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

This was our first guesthouse in Uzbekistan, and we’d happily recommend it. It’s right in the center, good value, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. We skipped breakfast, but they always offered us tea. They even added air conditioning to our room for us. We think the guesthouse had only just opened. Fantastic!

A family friend picked us up in Urgench, and the owner took great care of us despite not speaking English. This family-run guesthouse is fantastic. The room was quite large, and although beds in Uzbekistan are firm, ours was very comfortable. Every morning breakfast was freshly made: a couple of eggs, fruit, delicious bread, and warm tea. It’s right in the historic center, just a short walk from the beautiful sights. The owner even took a lovely photo of us and printed it out.

The rooms were spotless and beautiful, and breakfast was so good. Our host was incredibly kind, and he even took some lovely photos of us. This is the best hotel I've stayed at. Thanks for everything ❤️ I'd recommend it without hesitation.
