We slept really well. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean with beautiful decorations. The hotel is lovely and close to the old city. I really liked the central courtyard, and I think breakfast can be served there in warmer weather. Breakfast was good every morning, and the staff were incredibly kind.

The patio is a great place to have breakfast or unwind at night with a beer. It's about a five-minute walk to the North gate, the only one with stairs up to the top of the fortifications, and the location is ideal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For the quality, the price is very reasonable. Thanks, I'll be back :)

A nice little hotel just outside the old city. The rooms are pleasant and fairly spacious, and the courtyard where breakfast is served is really lovely. The staff are super friendly too.

Mansur and Farkhod were so friendly and helped us out several times. The hotel is beautifully atmospheric, with very clean rooms, and it's only a five-minute walk to the North Gate of the ancient city. Prices are very affordable compared with nearby hotels. The hospitality was amazing, and this is the right address in Khiva!

Just a few minutes on foot from the walled city, this is a really good-value place to stay. The rooms are pleasant, and the service is prompt and efficient.
