The owners were so friendly and keen to make our stay pleasant that we'd definitely come back. The location was good, too. The hotel is very new and the quality is good. Our room was spacious, with a wardrobe and a table for sitting down to tea; a kettle was provided, and the beds were very comfortable.

It's a new hotel, run by a very helpful family. They sort out any issues.

Really uncomfortable. There were no windows and no air.

We'd planned to stay three nights, and the owners gave us a bigger room than the one we'd booked. They really try to make guests comfortable. The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a nice area, with everything brand new. It's become our usual place in Tashkent.

I can't say what it was like before, but right now the place is a mess. People in different rooms keep screaming, and the whole hotel can hear those scoundrels. When I ask at reception, I get told one thing about needing a passport and then the opposite. Honestly, it doesn't feel like a clean place.
