The rooms are quite new, nice, and generally clean, though the beds are hard. Breakfast is small, and while the food itself is fine, the service wasn’t handled properly. On our first day, there was no water in the boiler, and no water at all. We also had to ask reception for soap because there wasn’t any in the room when we arrived. Worst of all, there was no hot water in the room on checkout day. I complained at reception, but nothing was done.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is in a quiet spot in a good neighborhood. The staff are very kind, and the service is very good. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast area felt too small, and I would have liked the room cleaned during our stay.

There was no daily room cleaning, and the breakfast was pretty basic. The room itself was fine, but the air conditioning didn't work. On arrival, I saw another guest's belongings in a different room, and it was clear he'd been moved because of the AC problem. That felt very unprofessional. Paying was another headache: I asked to use a card, and the young man kept saying all day that he'd called the bank to fix the card reader and that it would be working by a certain time. It wasn't. He also said he wouldn't be there then and a colleague would take over. The young man with glasses was at least honest and explained the bank needed to update the reader, so card payment wasn't possible.

The interior looks great, but I had to buy my own soap because none was provided during my whole stay. When you bring an issue to reception, they say the right things and then quickly forget about it. The person at the desk came across as a thug high on nasvay. If an expensive dorm is what you want, this may suit you. For a decent hotel, I'd look elsewhere.
