The owner is very sweet and clearly cares about her guests. This cozy family-run hotel is in a great spot in central Khiva, and breakfast was good. Thanks for a lovely stay, and a shout out to the helpful young man at the front desk!

Most places are an easy walk from this hotel, which is also very close to the square. Delora made sure we were comfortable, happy, and well fed throughout our four days in Khiva. This little boutique place is run by her and a lovely team: Ekbal cooks an amazing breakfast, Bahar keeps everything clean and makes sure we're comfortable, and Unid manages the front desk. If you're passing through, do drop by to visit Delora.

The room didn't leave much space for our suitcases, though we managed. Everything else made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay: the location is an easy walk from the whole old town, the room and bathroom were spotless, breakfast was great, and the host and reception team were lovely. The terrace was a perfect place to watch the sunset or just relax in the swing seat. Great value, and I totally recommend it.

The lady who runs the place is really nice and makes sure your stay goes well. It's close to the main attractions but still wonderfully quiet.

We were running late for our train, and the owner found us a taxi in less than a minute at a fair price. She's extremely kind, caring, and attentive. The breakfast was very good, homemade and traditional. The rooms are nice, and there's a terrace overlooking town. It's a historic home that's been newly renovated into a lovely boutique hotel, perfectly located near all the main attractions.
