Getting to malls, the metro, parks, and the executive lounge was very convenient, and the views were splendid. The rooms are brand new, and the service was a real highlight. The staff were professional and made the experience feel personal and human. Sometimes security measures in the area make it tricky to reach the hotel by car or taxi, but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed staying at the JW. I honestly think it’s the best hotel in town.

We only had one night at the JW Marriott Tashkent during the December holiday week, but the staff made our family trip memorable with their friendly, professional service. The place is brand new, elegant, and high-end, with modern, high-tech facilities throughout. As Marriott Platinum members, we were lucky to get a suite upgrade, plus a welcome platter of nuts and fruit. We used the Executive Lounge in the daytime and again in the evening. It had lovely views, a calm, refined feel, and a thoughtful spread of snacks and drinks. Breakfast included both buffet and made-to-order options. Tashkent City Mall is just a minute away from the building, with shops, restaurants, and Gmart supermarket nearby. The stay was comfortable and impressive, and we’d readily recommend it.

Being right beside Tashkent City Mall and Tashkent City Park makes the location especially handy. The JW Marriott Hotel Tashkent also has well kept facilities, with dining that offers plenty of choice and is presented nicely. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the service felt attentive and professional. It’s a modern, elegant property and a real standout in Tashkent, very much in keeping with the JW Marriott brand.

The breakfast team made our mornings especially nice, big thanks to Sogdiana, Selbi and Ali. JW never lets you down 🤌, a fabulous hotel right in the center of Tashkent.
