The rooms are a good size, and the front desk staff were willing to help. The hotel is also a good option in Namangan, better than many others we looked at, and I do recommend it. Housekeeping could be better, though. The carpets weren't vacuumed every day, and I'm not sure the sheets were changed daily. One of the new towels had yellow stains, so we couldn't use it. The location is a bit far out if you want to spend time in Chortoq or go further inside. There's room for improvement.

Breakfast was very limited, and the room wasn't clean. The AC didn't work, and after we asked the staff three times to fix it, nobody responded. The room and bathroom were outdated, and the hospitality was poor. The worst hotel ever, not even one star. A really bad experience.

In winter the hotel had no hot water, so I had to leave the shower covered in soap and dry off like that. A very bad hotel.
