Shedevr Plaza Hotel

We chose this hotel because it was close to our branch, and the location worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were kind and always willing to help. I think it's one of the best hotels in Namangan, and I'd recommend it. Breakfast was good, though it was the same every day during my 10-day stay. They should change the options now and then, and keep the food warm with candles underneath, since it was too cold. There were also some unsettling moments with staff entering rooms without knocking or ringing the bell. A cleaner would come in and then rush out calling something I couldn't understand. Once, a reception staff member did the same when I said I was in the room. They need to train staff to announce themselves first.

The staff were hospitable and helpful, and open to making changes when something urgent came up. Prices were reasonable and affordable, too. The triple room was huge and spacious, and the hotel was clean, with a nice atmosphere and a great location. I'd happily come back with my family.

I wish I could give this place minus three stars. It feels more like a motel than a hotel, and the customer service was the worst I've experienced. I booked a suite but got a room I wouldn't pay $5 a night for. I asked to speak to the owner or manager, but neither showed up or apologized. I went to Oydin Plaza Hotel instead. It was much cleaner, with better service, and cheaper. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I also suspect many of the reviews are fake, posted by people who work there.

Good value for the price, with clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Ask for a bathrobe. There's a good restaurant, Italian ice cream next door, and plenty of useful services nearby, including a hair salon, drugstore, dental clinic, and shop.
