The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell, and I noticed the toilet had no extractor fan. I stayed while the hotel was under construction. I understand they were still accepting guests, but service was a bit slow.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Firdavs hotel. The facilities were brilliant, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Navoiy.

Whether you stay for an hour or a whole day, they charge you for a full day's stay. Zero.

One of the clean, comfortable hotels I prefer in Navai. Turkish guests could consider staying here too.

The breakfast is buffet style, and the people at reception are wonderful. Ask for Abror and Jawahir, they'll help you out. Just amazing, I recommend it.
