Getting to the airport was a mess, but the problems started at check-in. We were given a room without a key, with staff saying they were available if we needed to get in. After we insisted, they moved us to another room. Then they said they needed to keep our passports until checkout. We refused, and they then said that had been a mistake and a photo was enough. The bathrooms in both rooms were dirty. The shower trays were yellow, had hair left by previous guests, and drained slowly. We asked at reception how long it would take to reach the airport. The receptionist called the manager, the only person who spoke English. She said the hotel offered a free taxi and told us not to worry, but we needed to give an exact checkout time. We said 3:00 AM. The next day, no car showed up. The grounds were behind a locked gate, and the hotel had no key. There was nobody at reception. Fortunately, we had not left our passports with them. We woke a staff member because we were stuck inside without the taxi, and she gestured, “Why are you telling me? I don't have the key.” As we were getting ready to climb the gate with our suitcases, a security guard from the truck parking lot came over and let us out. We left for the airport 20 minutes later in a taxi we had to call ourselves.

Other guests can enjoy the hotel's quiet and good service because it keeps out rowdy guests. It's a wonderful luxury hotel with excellent service.

We arrived exhausted and found the hotel closed, behind locked gates with no phone line. It's in the middle of nowhere, on a transport depot, with a lot full of trucks and terrible roads. We barely reached the guard, who let us through the gate, only to find the hotel shut. In a bad mood, we turned around and went to the Grand Asia. Now that's a truly luxurious hotel. No offense, guys, just an honest review. One star!

We stayed one night with our children and friends, and really enjoyed it. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, like home cooking. This is a cozy, clean little hotel with 8 rooms and good soundproofing. The hostess was very welcoming and hospitable. I recommend it.
