This was our favorite hotel in Uzbekistan. The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good, and the front desk staff were helpful. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, and very clean. I’d book Diyor Gold again without hesitation if I came back to Samarkand.

We had a lovely stay. The place is beautiful, and they kindly let us check in a little early without any trouble. Even with the weather around 17-20C, our room was warm. One small suggestion: it would be good to have more variety at breakfast. Aside from that, I loved the service and the overall experience.

The staff were really nice, and the rooms felt new and were clean. It’s a good base for seeing Samarkand, about a 20 minute walk from the main attractions. There are also some great local restaurants nearby, away from the tourist traps. Our favorite was the samsa down the road.

Three families in our group all had a great stay at Hotel Dior Gold in Samarkand. The hospitality and attentive service were beyond what we expected, especially from the person at reception, whose guest care really surprised us. It made for a memorable visit, with comfort and sophistication together.
