The staff, from receptionists to everyone else, were so kind and responsive. Our big family had three separate rooms, all clean and fully furnished. The hotel is not far from the center, but far enough to avoid noise. My children had a wonderful time in the very clean outdoor pool. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of hot and cold snacks and even porridge in a big dining room. It has everything needed to be the best, and every detail seemed thought through for guest convenience. I’ve traveled for about ten years and stayed in many hotels, so I say all this with confidence.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the duvet situation was confusing: what looked like a bedsheet was on the bed, while the actual duvet was in the wardrobe. Check there before going to sleep. The rooms are small but clean, and watch out for the big step into the bathroom, especially at night, or you could hurt your foot. For a short, inexpensive stay, the location is convenient, within walking distance of the popular monuments. There’s warm water with good pressure, air conditioning, a working hair dryer, and free room Wi-Fi.

It’s handy for the landmarks, and the rooms are nicely furnished. The reception staff were efficient. The place feels more geared toward business travelers, though breakfast was only average and there was no dinner option.
