Comfortable hotel, and the service was good. Very nice.

We chose this place for a conference in Urgench, with about 15 of us checking in, and everyone was happy with the stay. The central location was handy, especially since the Medical Institute was within walking distance. The breakfast had a good range, including Khorezm cuisine, and the courtyard was beautifully kept. We also found the lounges cozy. Rooms were clean, hot water was strong and came back quickly, and the staff were polite and helpful. They were a bit stingy with the tea, unlike other places. I'd recommend it.

The pool had water in it, but guests weren't allowed to use it. They only told us at check-in that the indoor pool had been closed since mid-May, and that detail wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly polite, open, and friendly. Still, after four visits, this will be my last. The service quality has gone downhill. For $90 a night per room, management could do more for guests: they wouldn't provide even a 0.5-liter bottle of drinking water, and there were no tea bags in the room all week. Staff quietly told us they'd been instructed to cut costs. Breakfast was meager and repetitive for the price, and the kitchen smell in the dining room of the new wing killed my appetite. The Wi-Fi had been out for three days with nobody fixing it. The sauna and pool prices were outrageous for what they offered.
