The location made getting to Samarkand’s main sights really convenient, and the hotel felt clean and fresh since it had only recently opened. Most of all, the staff treated my family and me so warmly and went out of their way for us. Thank you for one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I’ll miss everyone dearly. You feel like family to me now.

The service was good, but I’d have given five stars if the room setup had been better. Temperature is controlled from reception, and rooms can’t be adjusted separately, so you’re stuck with the neighbours’ preferences. The shower fitting is broken and water leaks out the sides. The toilet brush is broken too, and the teapot in my room didn’t work.

The hotel is very clean, and breakfast is available. There’s no restaurant on site, but they can arrange food delivery from all sorts of restaurants. The English-speaking desk staff will sort out what you need. Internet, like in many places in Uzbekistan, is slow.

Not the best place. Students from a school were screaming.
