My family and I were really pleased with our stay at the Hanzade Palace Hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, helped with our luggage, and called a taxi for us. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, especially the hot dishes and organic coffee. It’s conveniently located, close to everything, and a great place for a family vacation in Samarkand.

The rooms were bright, clean, and cozy, and the breakfast was both tasty and varied. The hotel is near the main attractions but still quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and ready to help, with a real feeling of Samarkand hospitality. I was very pleased with my stay at the Khanzade Hotel in Samarkand and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and coziness there.

The atmosphere was warm and calm, and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff were friendly, and the hotel felt cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Hanzade Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations. A perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We stayed April 13-15, 2026. They charged us 1,200,000 som for one night in a room with no window, plus 120,000 som for a broken glass.

The hotel itself is very good, but the customer service is zero. I’m shocked by how management handled things. I’d been trying to book since Friday, and nobody seemed to care. The manager wouldn’t try to fix the booking issue and said another manager would contact me after 8:00 PM. The night manager, though, was sensible and genuinely tried to help. 09/07/2025.
