Nargiza and Zafar were the heart of this stay. They speak good English and went out of their way to make us comfortable. When we had to leave an hour early for our day trip to Tajikistan, they arranged for staff to come in early and prepared breakfast ahead of schedule. Such a thoughtful gesture. The small, clean hotel is well placed for walking to Shah-i-Zinda and other attractions, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. Breakfast was decent. We'd happily stay again for the kind hosts, handy location, and personal welcome.

A small, pleasant hotel on a wide street, well located for the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was decent, too. Big thanks to receptionist Zafar, who was sincerely welcoming, very polite, and always ready to help.

The lobby is decorated in a Samarkand style and looks beautiful in daylight and when the lights come on at night. We had been deciding between a guesthouse and a hotel, and Nargiza and Zafar's hospitality gave us a bit of both. They helped us steer clear of tourist traps and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel opened in 2025, and everything feels fresh and spotless. We booked three rooms, each with its own design touches. Breakfast was great, and their very good English made check-in and local suggestions easy. The place is near Shah-i-Zinda and right by the road. Modern bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, and the other amenities made for a comfortable stay. I'd recommend it for a welcoming place with local character.
