4/10
The hotel is in a strange location, almost like a village, though tram number 1 is nearby and comes about every four minutes. It goes to the central train station, and bus number 74 often runs to the center. The place looks luxurious, the rooms are very big, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They made a rich, tasty breakfast just for me. But the hotel is dirty and scruffy, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and room service followed some random schedule I couldn't understand. With only five guests, cleaning my room shouldn't have been difficult, so I guess they simply forgot.

They first show one price and then charge more, which made me feel like I was being scammed. They only take cash, and it's 2025. I wouldn't come back.

The view from the window was awful, and parking can't fit more than two cars. Wi-Fi is free but has no password. Service was poor, and some employees lied.

There wasn't much choice at breakfast, and the water ran out while I was showering.

Everything was clean, and the services were very good. All the new facilities were available.
