Very disappointed. I paid a lot, wasn’t given a check, and got no return. I barely slept, and breakfast wasn’t included. For the same price or even less, another hotel would be much better.

Not tourist friendly at all. I had a very upsetting situation with them and wouldn’t go there. Maybe the police can help me.

It’s clean and not far from the train station, though it doesn’t really feel like a tourist hotel. My room was on a different floor from the toilet and shower. Breakfast was just two fried eggs, a hotdog, and dry sliced bread. Not even butter or jam.

They quoted us one price on the phone, then tried to charge more at the last minute when we arrived. Management was very impolite, and they wanted to charge according to the number of people in the room, including my 3 year old son. There’s no elevator or accommodation for getting to the floors. This hostel felt like a scam to us. Stay away.

After we booked a room and came back with our bags, the staff looked us in the eye and said it had already been reserved, then told us to take another one. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff lie.
