The room was spotless, the hot water worked really well, and I slept comfortably. They also made me a delicious breakfast. Mustofa at reception was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for a trip to Samarkand. From me, Dave. 12 November 2025

The staff are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was a highlight, the chef makes it fresh each morning and it tastes great. The room was clean and comfy too. Registan park is about a 10-minute walk away. Such a great hotel in Samarkand, highly recommend.

The family running the guest house made the stay feel like being welcomed into their home. They were humble and kind, and the husband was always ready to help. His wife at reception greeted us with a genuine smile every time. It gave us a nice sense of local life. We were comfortable in every kind of weather. The first day was warm, but the air conditioning cooled the room well. Then it rained and got chilly, nearly 8 degrees Celsius, and the heating kept us cozy. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable after a long journey. We were right among the main tourist attractions, so getting around was easy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to the day. It was a warm, comfortable stay, and we'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It felt like home away from home.

Mr. Mustafa was happy to help us, and the experience was amazing. The hotel is in a very nice spot, roughly a 7-minute walk from Registan Square. If you want to get a feel for Samarkand, come here.

I found the staff rude and unfriendly toward tourists at Samarkand City Centre Hotel. Their behavior made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management improves the service and trains staff to treat every guest with respect.
