The kind host offered us refreshments to make up for the problems, and I appreciated the gesture. But the heating never worked, even after I told them about the cold room repeatedly, and I ended up catching a cold. I'm usually flexible and not very demanding when I travel, but this was one of my worst travel stays, and I want to give honest feedback. The owner should make sure the rooms have the basic necessities if they want to keep running this accommodation. We arrived on a cold day, and the room was colder than outside. The host said the heating would come on and warm the room, but it never did. The blankets were too short for me. If I covered my head, my feet were left out in the cold. There was no steady hot water either. It would get a little warm, then suddenly turn ice cold, so I was freezing in Samarkand's chilly weather. The host was kind, but didn't speak English and couldn't resolve the issues. The accommodation is a 30-40 minute walk from the main attractions, or you need to take a taxi. The courtyard was nice, but no one was available to help or guide us in English. Cleanliness was acceptable, and there was a kitchen, though no pots or pans.

The garden was so peaceful, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. Such a lovely, beautiful guest house. Highly recommend!

The price for parking and staying in our camper felt fair, and the facilities matched it, though a few things could use improvement. We could park safely in the building's yard, where there were toilets and hot showers beside the small parking lot. The yard was beautiful, with quiet spots to sit, relax, and have the tea they provided for free. There was also a washing machine, and we dried our laundry outside. The boss speaks a little English, but the employees don't. All in all, we had a good stay.

It was clean and reasonably priced. We had a nice, quiet room with its own access to the garden.
