10/10
The location was good, and the rooms were great. My tour group booked this brilliant hotel, and the room quality and cleanliness were superb. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole team gave outstanding service. Even as they were packing things away at the end of breakfast, they brought me something from the kitchen when I asked. The housekeepers, including Shahnoza, kept the room amenities in order and took the time to ask if everything was okay or if I needed anything. All the staff were amazing.

Breakfast had a very good selection, and the service was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Aziz in the bar was fantastic. It's an excellent place to stay in Tashkent.

The internet worked well, and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good, and the service felt friendly and professional. But my room never got above 20 degree Celsius, so I felt cold during my stay.

The beds were huge and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. With restaurants and parks nearby, this was a perfect choice for our stay in Tashkent.

2/10
The room conditions and location were good, but the service was extremely poor for the price. Check-in at reception was disappointing, and the cleaning staff were unacceptably rude. We're very disappointed as hotel guests. I don't recommend it and won't book here again.
