Rich Land Hotel

The hotel still feels unfinished, and some rooms aren’t in operation. Breakfast was great the first morning, but the food didn’t seem very fresh the next day. Staff had some odd attitudes, including saying the pool needed to be booked. I was told a lie that it was booked for the afternoon. After a heavy storm, water leaked onto the stairs, and the room curtains didn’t block all the outside light. There’s a lot of potential here, but I don’t know what will come of it if it continues to be managed this way.

Aziz made our stay easy and comfortable with kind service. The rooms were good. Since the place is new, some things, like the sauna, weren’t finished yet.

The hotel’s address can be confusing, but the map finds the right spot using either its name or Gulabad 8. Two friendly young staff members work at reception. This new family-friendly place has spacious rooms and breakfast with samsa and sweets such as baklava. You can also ask them to fry eggs or make an omelet. The spa costs extra and has a spacious sauna and hammam, plus a decent-sized swimming pool.

Shops and cafes are nearby, and the location worked well for me. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. I was very pleased with my stay and thought it was excellent value.
