The staff were very accommodating, which makes a big difference. The hotel is new and clean, and it’s quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for late-night cravings. It’s a bit far from the main sights, but Yandex taxi is cheap and gets you there easily. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment and it was sparkling clean. The beds were comfy, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Great amenities too, including a 70-inch-plus TV in the living room and smaller TVs in the bedrooms.

We were first delighted to get an upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom suite. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even arranging trips for us during our stay. Everything we needed was in the well-equipped rooms, which were spotless. It made for an unforgettable stay, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The service really impressed me, and the rooms were amazing and clean. By far the best hotel in the city, in my opinion. Definitely recommend it.

We had a good stay at Rio. It’s close to the main sights and restaurants, and the staff were kind and attentive. The place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I’d say look no further when weighing your Samarkand options.
