Dilimah Premium Luxury Hotel

They even arranged a complimentary ride to the station so we wouldn’t miss our train to Bukhara. ❤️✨🥹 Our honeymoon was the reason for an upgrade: the front desk manager offered us a suite, but still let us choose between that and the superior room we’d booked. Everything in the room felt worthy of a five-star hotel, from the linens and bathroom fittings to the Google TV. Breakfast was fantastic too. This place is a real gem, absolutely wonderful, and we’ll recommend it to everyone visiting Samarkand.

After staying in five-star places at the start of our trip, where the rooms felt small and claustrophobic, this hotel gave us space and great WiFi. There were four of us, two adults and two kids, and they put us in a fantastic, large two-room setup. The buffet was good, with vegetarian choices, better than at the five-star hotels we’d stayed in. The service was great too. Eldon at the front office was especially helpful, and everyone greeted us with warm smiles. We wish the staff the best and hope they keep providing this five-star service.

Mr Shokhrukh at Reveption deserves a special mention for his excellent customer service and the respect he showed us. His service was actually why I booked here. This is one of the most fantastic hotels in Samarkand, with courteous staff, and I’d recommend a stay to everyone.

We were there for three nights and saw two weddings, so it must be a popular place. The staff leave delicious cookies in the lobby every evening, which was a nice touch. It’s a very nice hotel, with modern, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The bed and pillows were firmer than I like, though.
