It's in a lovely spot just outside the south gate to the old city. The room was large and perfectly adequate, and the bed was okay. Breakfast was plentiful, though average in quality, and the staff were very friendly. It was too cold for me to use the pool, but I was told this is the only hotel in town with one.

The gardens are wonderful, full of fruit and vines with grapes hanging everywhere, and the food was good. Breakfast was worth getting up for, and the rooms felt homely. It's a short walk to one of the old town gates. This could have been a 10 star review if the beds were comfortable. After a day exploring, you need a good bed to recharge. Fix that and the reviews will start glowing.

The food is a real highlight, with high quality traditional dishes alongside choices for international tastes. The staff also deserve a lot of credit: they're qualified, attentive, and friendly, which made the stay much more enjoyable. And the hotel's location is unbeatable. Congratulations to the employees and management for their excellent work.

The staff made our two nights here especially pleasant. Everyone we spoke with was polite, attentive, and ready to help, and that personal touch made us feel welcome. I'm grateful to the management and the whole team for their hospitality. Our group came from Greece during a recent visit to Uzbekistan. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped, and the hotel's facilities were well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices to suit different preferences, and the dining area felt warm and welcoming. It was a memorable stay. I'd happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the region, and hope to come back one day.

We stayed for six days because it was too hot to go into the desert, and had a lovely time. The hotel is just outside the old city gates, in a good location. The gardens are stunning, and the pool works. There are parasols by the pool, which you definitely need since the area gets full sun all day. The rooms are large and have balconies. Breakfast offered a good range of hot and cold food, and the staff were lovely and super helpful. My friend had the better view of the city gates.
