Boston Hotel Tashkent

The only small drawback was the internet, which seemed a little laggy at times. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi much, though, so it might be better with longer use. Everything else made for a smooth, enjoyable stay at Mercure Tashkent. Nozi, Shoxrux, and Shahzoda were especially friendly, attentive, and professional, and their support really stood out. The welcome at arrival was excellent, and guest services were responsive and helpful throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and room service was quick and high quality. It’s a quality hotel with a great team. I’d recommend Mercure Tashkent and would happily stay again.

The staff’s service was the real highlight for me. Everyone seemed genuinely willing to make things easy and comfortable, and the service felt above the hotel’s class designation at the time. Asadbek at the front desk helped sort out a billing issue and gave me useful general advice about the city. Shoxrux at the concierge desk carried my four suitcases up and down four times for my two check-ins and check-outs. I can’t thank them enough. I stayed four nights. The hotel sits between the two train stations and the airport. My room was large and pleasant, though simply decorated, with a veranda. Both the bed and sofa were super comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The service staff were great, and the spa area was clean and roomy, just how we like it. The marketing department was quick and helpful with the booking, and even went the extra mile to arrange spa and massage bookings for us. MERCURE Hotel was a great choice for celebrating my birthday with friends. I’d stay with MERCURE again without hesitation.

The Turkish restaurant downstairs is heavenly. We were also impressed by the hospitality from Nofi, Hojiakbar, and Abdumalik, and as Gold member Accor we got sweets/a gift and a handwritten welcome note from the guest manager. The hotel is very nice, with a spacious room and plenty of amenities. We’ll stay here again next time.
