We had a spacious, clean room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though it would be helpful to label the dishes and list their ingredients. We had a non-smoking room, but people smoked in the next room and in the hallways.

I'd strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you can. The restaurant service was terrible. A super-lazy guy didn't even greet us when we arrived, looked like he couldn't stand having guests around, and was rude when we made the basic request for eggs. The kitchen staff were lazy too. The reception called some kind of powdered coffee Starbucks. Housekeeping stole fruit from the room. What a way to experience Tashkent hospitality.

I booked two rooms and stayed five nights. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were helpful. Mr Samandaz, the night shift manager, was very good, and Miss Wahliyo was on day duty. Laundry was excellent and very reasonably priced. The best part was breakfast. I really enjoyed it.

The rooms were big, the Internet was good, and service was both efficient and friendly. It's a pleasant new hotel, with efficient staff who speak several languages, including English. The metro, shops and restaurants are about five minutes away, with lots of choice nearby.

After a tiring day of travel, it was nice to relax in a comfortable room. It was clean and looked beautiful.
