The location worked perfectly for me, and the place was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and helpful service too. I'd happily stay here again.

The breakfast was good, and my wife and I had a great time. The mix-up was on my end: I accidentally booked another branch with the same hotel name. I had to make a new booking at night. I recommend changing the name so the branches are easier to tell apart. Aside from that, everything was great.

Great value for the money. It's a bit away from the center, but Yandex is cheap and easy to use. We liked the breakfast, despite what some other reviews said. There was a nice fruit selection, especially the really yummy cherries, plus a coffee machine, eggs, cheese, breads and more. The reception staff speak good English. A couple of things could be better. The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied when we arrived. Without going into detail, the previous guest must have been a woman on her period, and it was a nasty surprise. Housekeeping should check more carefully. Also, the hotel should have water dispensers in guest areas. Giving every guest lots of plastic bottles is so wasteful.

The staff were very nice, and their English was good, so we had no trouble communicating. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are on the small side, but manageable, and the interior is beautiful. There's a water jet in the toilet for cleaning instead of relying just on toilet paper, which is very useful for Indians. Indian chargers fit the plugs as well.
