Marmaris Hotel

The hotel itself is good, but they didn't pick me up because my plane was late, and I was stranded without internet. On the way back they arranged a taxi to the WRONG AIRPORT, so I almost missed my flight. Incompetence at its best.

At Marmaris Hotel Tashkent, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was impressive, even including dried fruit. After a long journey, the massage was excellent, and the team helped book my onward flight to Azerbaijan. Thanks especially to Sevinch, Adolat, Abdul Basid, and everyone else for the warm hospitality. The airport is nearby, which is convenient, and the rates are very reasonable. The service felt beyond five-star standards. Highly recommended for a Tashkent visit.

Some guests were noisy late at night and early in the morning, so a good night's sleep isn't guaranteed. I've run into that in other hotels in Uzbekistan too. Breakfast was messy as well, with clean plates, cups, or cutlery often unavailable, and the items weren't dried before being put out. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, around 40-50000 soms, though the trip doesn't take too long without traffic. Still, I highly recommend it, especially for a late flight. They responded quickly online and arranged the free airport pickup very professionally. The car was by far the best I've ridden in Uzbekistan. At my previous Tashkent hotel, several messages and emails went unanswered, and getting a Yandex at the airport can be confusing. The staff here were extremely kind at check-in and spoke good English, a completely different experience from that other hotel.

The staff were friendly and breakfast came at a good time. The rooms were spacious and very clean, cleaner than most hotels we've stayed in there, and the airport isn't far away. Highly recommended.
