The hotel has a good area and breakfast, but housekeeping really let me down. They changed the towels, tissues and bedsheets, but left rubbish on the table and didn't wipe it, clean the toilet floor or properly clean the room. The floor and toilet were dirty, and the mirror table and cupboard were very dusty. I told reception I wanted the room cleaned, but the next day it was the same. I have photos and a video, though I don't need to upload them here.

My room heater wasn't working at first, but they quickly brought me a backup heater, which I appreciated. The hotel also gave me a late checkout at no charge. We had a pleasant stay at Garnet Mir Hotel in Tashkent, with spacious, well-kept rooms and attentive, cooperative staff. Thanks for helping, Supervisor Abbos.

Housekeeping does a brilliant job, and the rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious, with excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast has plenty of choice, including hot coffee, cereal, cold cuts, eggs, sausages and lots more.

We missed our train after the staff arranged a taxi for our family to the wrong station. They then claimed we had taken a taxi off the street. I've also been harassed and abused over WhatsApp. I found the room wasn't properly cleaned either. They offered extended checkout in exchange for good reviews and try to make deals with customers to buy reviews. They canceled our booking, and now I can't recommend this hotel. It felt like a scam to us.
