The breakfast was the best spread I had at a budget hotel in Central Asia, with an espresso machine and at least 20 items. The location is handy, just minutes from the airport and train station. There’s a nice Indian restaurant across the street that speaks English and takes MC, plus a liquor store five minutes away and a late-opening convenience store with produce right by the hotel. I had corner rooms on the street, with a balcony, across two stays. They were nice, but traffic was definitely audible until it died down around 10:30/11pm. The Smart TV remote has a microphone, which made YouTube searches easier, and the tub/shower was nice. One room had three twin beds and the other had four, which wasn’t great since there was hardly space between them. The refrigerators worked and weren’t loud, and neither were the A/C units.

The price is reasonable and the rooms are large, but the Wi-Fi is weak and unstable. The shower was poor, with water pooling instead of draining, and the sink leaked onto the floor. Music from nearby cafes carries clearly in the evenings, and the windows don’t let in light.

There’s really nothing extra here. The rooms are basic, the mattresses are hard, and the window faces the courtyard. The one thing I liked was that it felt like staying in an apartment, since you don’t have to go through reception. I couldn’t find anything else positive. It costs 7,000 rubles per person per night.

There are shops and cafes nearby, and the hotel is well located. We had a balcony room that was very well maintained, with all new furniture. Room cleaning is available if you ask, the WiFi is good, and breakfast was quite decent. I was pleased with my stay.

The location feels a little quirky, but you can walk to everything you need, from shops to restaurants with all kinds of food. Rooms are spacious and prices are affordable. It’s a very nice hotel, and I’d recommend it for business travel.
