Grand Zamin was a fantastic place to stay, with a great location. The reception team were friendly and very helpful.

The room wasn't very clean, and the bed had been made poorly. There was construction on a new building just behind the window, and the first floor smelled of cooking throughout. When I tried to cancel, getting my money back was a real struggle, and I still had to pay for one night. Awful.

It's a decent mid-range hotel in a good location, with really good staff. There's a pool, though there's an extra charge at night, and breakfast is included.

I was visiting from Canada, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were wonderful, especially the kind and helpful young man OZOD BEK. Grand Ikan hotel is the best in tashkent city, and I'd highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again.
