Harris Fitness and Spa Hotel

The service from Komil and Ulukbek made my stay at Harris Hotel especially memorable. Komil was attentive, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. Ulukbek was warm and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you both, and the Harris Hotel team. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. My room was bright and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere felt calm, friendly, and safe. It offers comfort, good hospitality, and great value for either work or leisure. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely return.

Room 1105 had a TV that wasn’t working. It took 2.5 hours for it to be replaced, and later the remote battery ran out. I had to flag both problems with reception, so the hotel’s maintenance team should be checking rooms more thoroughly. Adusomad and Abdulaziz replaced the TV, and Abdulaziz made sure my wife and I had a good breakfast on our last day. Munasi works on service improvements and communicates with her team so feedback is received constructively. I’d like to commend all three for their help. The hotel has a modern look, and the room was clean, with fresh towels and sheets and a comfortable bed and pillow. It’s well located and includes a buffet breakfast from 7:30am to 10:00am. The main service issue was at breakfast: the food and beverage servers need training and closer attention to timing at the egg station. Staff should greet guests and check whether diners need anything. A refresher on the difference between service and hospitality, and on going the extra mile, would improve the guest experience. Even with those issues, I’d still highly recommend Harris Hotel in Tashkent.

The location felt very secure, in an area surrounded by embassies and government buildings, which gave me peace of mind. I stayed at Harris Hotel for three nights while touring Central Asia and found it a very good choice. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of variety and an espresso and cappuccino machine. The quality and selection exceeded my expectations. My room was functional and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a shower that worked just as it should. There was a kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar, plus free drinking water from a lobby dispenser and a complimentary bottle in the room. The staff were welcoming, and the English-speaking receptionist made both check-in and communication easy. I had the comfort, convenience, and service I needed, and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent.

I stayed in a spacious ground-floor room with a striking high ceiling. It had a powerful rain shower and supplied amenities, though the big TV wouldn’t connect to channels. Breakfast was a buffet, mainly Uzbek cold cuts and breads, with fried eggs available. The basement gym has basic equipment, and there seemed to be just one sauna, possibly for men. The building is clean, with modern decor, in an upscale neighborhood with an embassy around the corner. It’s conveniently within walking distance of the astronaut metro and the Museum of Applied Arts, with a convenience store across the road.
