Our family of three was given a room with three single beds, which wasn't comfortable or suited to a family. The room also felt poorly looked after, with a broken bin lid, and the kettle was so dirty I didn't feel safe using it. There wasn't proper drinking water either. We booked through a travel agency, and getting around was frustrating because every taxi we arranged from the hotel ended up at the wrong place. The map pin for the hotel was inaccurate. Service and attention to basic needs were lacking. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

Getting around is convenient, with the metro, buses, and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast, though, barely changes and isn't very good for vegetarians. They also don't give change for cash payments and charge almost twice the SOM rate for each US dollar, which feels unfair.

The location is close to many places to visit, and all the staff were kind and helpful. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Ms. Mushtary, for the warm welcome and support. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to come back.

Huvaydo Hotel is in the heart of the city, with modern rooms, a relaxed feel, and friendly service. It offers comfort and convenience for both work trips and holidays, with a real sense of hospitality. Please help me, sir, I need money.

The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, especially Mr Fazal. He's young, but his service was like a five star experience. It's a quiet place, close to a historical site and bazar, though a long way from the center. The breakfast needs more variety and should be changed.
