We had a very pleasant 3-day stay, even though we visited in February. The hotel is cozy, with a charming Uzbek feel and a lovely interior. The beds are a little firm, but we slept well, and the room was spotless with everything we needed, including a fridge and kettle. Breakfast deserves a mention for its variety, from pancakes and dried fruit to sandwiches with red caviar. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. Shops are close by, and the city center isn’t far. I imagine the pool and outdoor terrace would make a summer stay especially nice. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 days here at a cozy, pleasant hotel a short distance from downtown. The breakfast was generous, with international dishes that still had a Central Asian flavour. They offer high quality services, including a SPA and restaurant, and you can arrange trips around the country or city tours on request. Money exchange is available too.

The bathroom smelled really bad, and the location wasn’t ideal. You need a taxi to reach the city center or nearest metro station. Reception staff were definitely unfriendly. Despite a 2023 law requiring hotels in Uzbekistan to accept unmarried couples, they wouldn’t let my guest into my room. I had to pay for another room for my friend. They said only one room was available, at $100. But I checked Booking.com and saw the price was around $50, and they eventually agreed to that price. It felt like they were trying to scam me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel is about 2 km from the nearest metro, so you’ll need a taxi to get to the city center. The breakfast was modest but fine. The pool was small, though well maintained and regularly cleaned. A few times, cleaning happened in the middle of the day, leaving the pool unavailable until 3:00 PM, which was inconvenient. There weren’t enough sunbeds or umbrellas, so it got crowded quickly. The room was okay, but the sound insulation was poor, and there were visible stains on the ceiling above the shower. The mattresses were quite firm and may not suit everyone. During my 3-day stay, the electricity went out twice. Maybe that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but other neighborhoods still had power then. Wi-Fi was very weak and unstable, making even basic apps hard to use. With the small pool, simple breakfast, poor soundproofing, hard beds, maintenance issues, and unreliable internet, the price felt too high for what the hotel offers.

This is my favourite hotel in Tashkent. The rooms are spacious and have everything, and the cleaning service is very good. They also have laundry service, and the WiFi connection is good. The price is great for such high quality. Breakfast is very good too, though I’d suggest adding more items to the lunch and dinner menu.
