I loved the hot baked butter croissants, and breakfast was great, with a different menu each morning. The hospitality was lovely too. We stayed at The Elements from January 15 to 19, then again from January 20 to 22. The rooms are spacious, the shower was great, and there's a water bidet in the toilet, which made ablution easy for us as Muslims. The location is excellent, with a few restaurants just a short walk away. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in Tashkent.

The rooms were excellent quality and spotless, and the staff were quick to attend to my requests and details. The reception team deserve a special thanks for being courteous, friendly, and helpful in every way. I had a wonderful short break here. This new hotel seems to be aiming to rank among Tashkent's top hotels, and The Elements will be my first choice next time.

Our Junior Suite was spacious and clean, but the hot water often took a long time to come through. I reported several times that the bar fridge wasn't working. Each time I was told it would be fixed, but it never was.

I had a two night stay. The room was quiet even though it faced the main road and I was on the second floor. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast had enough choice.

We were eight people with six rooms booked for two nights at The Elements Hotel in Tashkent, and had already paid for both nights. After the first night, our keys didn't work when we returned the next day. Reception said we'd booked only one night, and told us the hotel was full and we'd have to leave. They had removed all our belongings from the rooms in a chaotic way, without calling or notifying us first. I've never had anything like this happen in my life. It was a terrible experience, and I don't recommend this messed-up hotel to anyone.
