The location is good, with shops and cafes nearby. Aziz and the manager were among the helpful, caring staff, and the WiFi and TV channels were good. But we stayed in a room that smelled of smoke despite a no smoking sign. The bathroom door had no lock, water leaked from under the shower and left the floor slippery, and the shower doors were broken. The room also didn't have a good view. Room service only came if we asked, and no housekeepers were on duty until evening. The bedsheets and pillowcases weren't replaced. Breakfast didn't match the pictures, and the staff brought us food without letting us choose what to have. It wasn't a good fit for a family, especially with kids. Some staff were rude and need customer service training. Calling this a hotel feels like a stretch, motel would suit it better. This is an honest review intended to help improve the property and customer service, with no offense to the staff and employees. All the attached pictures are from the room.

The gym area for fitness and the swimming pool were nice. Good hotel, cafeteria and food.

I don't recommend this place. It feels like a place for scammers and con artists 🤮
