Hotel Termez Intourist

This place was a pleasant surprise. It deserves to be full once tourists return. My single room had modern furniture, a new bathroom, good A/C, hot water, a working fridge and internet averaging 9 Mbps. Nicer than I expected, a bit like a U.S. Motel 6. The staff were great and went out of their way to help with anything I needed, including getting around town and finding food. Restaurants and a market are an easy walk away. The city is spread out, and the main tourist sights aren't within walking distance, so I really appreciated the owner arranging a visit to the places I wanted to see. I heartily recommend the property. For a mid-range hotel, I expected it to be more set up for tourists. They don't take credit cards. I also couldn't leave with a printed government registration paper signed by the property because the printer was broken. We managed to transfer a PDF, but I had to print it elsewhere.
