We chose the hotel for its location near Urgench airport, since we had an early flight the next morning. The three young men at reception were very keen to help with every request, and the service was very good. There was lots of freshly prepared food at breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The one drawback was power access in our room. We could only use one outlet easily, because the other was tucked behind the head of the bed. With everyone's phones needing a charge these days, one accessible socket isn't enough.

For our honeymoon in Uzbekistan, the hotel staff decorated our room and arranged a taxi from the airport. They were lovely and excellent throughout. Lola was especially kind and helpful, and kept messaging to check that everything was okay. Laundry was available at a good price, and breakfast was nice, though I wish there had been more choices. It was an amazing hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff are warm and friendly, and breakfast comes as a generous buffet. Our room was clean and comfortable.
