The rooms are spacious and service was good. Altamira Suites is in an unbeatable spot in Caracas, with direct access to the mall next door and excellent restaurant choices on the ground level. The rooftop pool looks out at the spectacular Ávila, which was pure magic to wake up to. There are a few minor details, but it's a fantastic, well-located choice. Highly recommend!

Really nice restaurant and pool area, and an excellent apart hotel overall. The apartment Wi-Fi is the one drawback, it's usually very slow and often disconnects. Everything else was fantastic.

I ended up staying somewhere else after a long wait over confusion with my reservation. Some suites are managed by the hotel, while others are used by residents or owners, and there was a mix-up. I didn't stay here, but 360 pizza & lounge at the top of the hotel is worth a visit.

The Palms Restaurant used to be in the hotel. Magnolia is now a light option for a meal, and Donatella should be a great surprise for foodies soon, in place of Donatella Otokam, which is a great choice.

They do have their own water and power supply, but the service is poor, and the rooms, beds, and building are in terrible shape. The equipment, towels, pillows, and sheets are either low quality or at least 30 years old.
