They kicked me out over a small birthmark on my left arm. If you have tattoos, big moles, or even a birthmark on your arm, don’t go here.

Breakfast was really good, with nice local food. I had a great few days in Caracas, and want to thank Robert and his whole team. My room was good too, with a decent shower and a good bed.

The hotel is in good shape and nicely located, unlike some other hotels. Still, having no TV service ruined the stay, and there were no updates, notices, or apologies about it. At checkout they tried to add fees, which I refused to pay. I’ll be sending Marriott a complaint letter.

We stayed five nights, and the central location made it easy to get to the many nearby shops and restaurants. The gym has a good selection of machines and free weights, and the restaurant's hamburger was delicious. Best hotel in Caracas.

The location is good, but they don’t give change for US dollars or any other currency, so you’ll need a credit card. Online reservations are useless, even when guaranteed, since they charge the highest local rate. It’s hard to discuss problems with the crew, who don’t resolve anything. Housekeeping starts at 7am, so keep the privacy sign up all the time.
