I’ve stayed here several times and generally enjoyed it. The rooms are roomy, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast was the letdown. It was probably the plainest and smallest hotel breakfast I’ve seen. They wouldn’t provide milk for coffee, and when we asked for a piece of bread for the baby, they said no to that too. Still a nice hotel, but breakfast needs work.

Nothing especially fancy, and it feels a little expensive for what you get. Still, if you’re spending only a few days in Caracas and will be out most of the time, it works well as a place to stay.

The location makes it easy to explore, with the metro two minutes away and good taxis right outside. Breakfast is local fare, arepa, meat and cheese, plus plenty of fresh fruit and juice. The coffee’s really good, so bring a big cup. The staff are incredibly helpful and do their best to make you feel at home. I’d come back.
