The staff were rude and didn't seem interested in sorting out the problems I reported. The building had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment I arrived, and my room was dirty and poorly maintained. I also found bed bugs in the mattress, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. This awful stay ruined my trip. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise others to stay away. It isn't worth the risk to your comfort or health.

The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and helpful, though the cocktails weren't so good. My first room wasn't in good shape, but they changed it for me.

There's a good restaurant, plenty of different alcohol to choose from, and free WiFi. The rooms were clean, with toilet paper and soap, and there was cable TV. It's right across the street from a very large Sambil. This is a wonderful hotel with all the amenities you might not expect in venezuela. I wouldn't leave the hotel after dark since the city isn't very safe, though that's true of anywhere in venezuela at this point.

It's in a convenient location, and the place was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely stay at this Hotel next time I visit Valencia.
