The outdoor area is pleasant, but the rooms feel very old and weren't cleaned well. Service was poor too. Laundry could take up to 4 days, and one time my clothes were all damaged. The hotel didn't even apologize. Ordering a burger meant waiting at least an hour, and it wasn't good.

The garden and pool were beautiful, and breakfast and the cleaning staff were great too. I spent about ten days there this summer after coming from Paris. The staff were friendly and professional, and I had a great stay.

Even with COVID hitting the industry hard, I was quite impressed with the management at the time. Housekeeping and breakfast were good, and the staff were always cheerful and smiling. The lifts were a nightmare, though, since the keys didn't work in every one.

The rooms are really comfortable, and service is generally good. It's still a nice hotel. The included breakfast buffet was the most amazing one I've had at any hotel in Venezuela.

Our waiter Alquimedes looked after us at the restaurant every day, and Ms. Mayela Pinto from VIP made me feel like a real VIP. The staff were genuinely super friendly and made the whole experience great. You guys rock!
