8/10
The room was small, with a double bed and very simple decor. It had a flat-screen TV with cable, and the bathroom was ordinary but clean. Breakfast was nice, with a moderate choice of food, and the staff there were very helpful. Breakfast and parking were included, and Wi-Fi was free. It's cheaper than other hotels in Caracas, partly because it's in the central Plaza Venezuela area, which isn't the safest part of the city. The hotel staff were nice and helpful.

Clean, nice hotel, though it felt a little lonely.
8/10
The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were helpful.
8/10
The food is good, and the two chefs take real care with the dishes they prepare. The hotel is comfortable and well maintained, with a strategic location and easy access. The area is quiet, though traffic from nearby Avenida Libertador can be heard.
4/10
I've stayed here several times, and it used to be great. The hotel is very nice for the area, but things changed yesterday and today. The new staff's customer service was awful. Security and reception were incredibly disrespectful and rude at check-in, and checking out was a terrible experience. My partner and I don't plan to stay again.
