The breakfast was pretty basic, and the rooms were okay. The lobby looked nice. At reception, there often wasn't anyone around, which was a problem since someone had to buzz you in. I had to wait outside for a while ringing the bell.

The pool could use more attention. The rooms were clean, and the food tasted really good. It's a beautiful spot with the prettiest view over the city.

I left hungry. The restaurant got my order wrong and never fixed it before we had to leave. It was completely terrible.

You get a magnificent view of the Orinoco river from this beautiful old hotel.

The old architecture is really nice. The hotel is being renovated, and the rooms are in excellent condition.
