We stayed for a weekend and would happily return. It’s an average hotel in a very convenient spot right by the beach, with well-equipped rooms, decent food, and friendly staff.

Don’t waste your money here. The service was terrible, the place was dirty, and the breakfast was poor. There was no hot water or Wi-Fi, and water leaked through the ceiling. You can get better service for less money very close by. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The view is wonderful, and this is easily one of the best hotels.

A great spot for kitesurfing. The food is tasty and cheap, especially if you exchange your dollars for bolivares at the much better local rate. I also loved the beach bar cocktails, about a buck each!

I only spent time in the beach area, where the view and service were excellent and the food was great. I recommend the lobster thermidor. El Yaque is one of the best beaches in the world!
