Wyndham Isla Margarita Concorde

I was there for 4 nights between 3rd to 7th August 2025. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Carlos in the dining area especially went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. We had issues with the toilet. The food was good, but there wasn’t much variety and it was almost the same every day. The pool bar closed too early at 7pm, and the main bar at 10pm. It was a pleasant experience overall, and I may visit again.

The restaurant team really made the stay for us. They took care to work around my grandma’s vegetarian diet, and it seemed like everyone knew Molly and made her feel special. We visited in March earlier this year, unsure what to expect, and the staff went above and beyond. This review is overdue, but thank you for making our short visit so sweet. They deserve the very best.

We only spent about 10 minutes at the beach, just long enough to tell our family our plans had changed and say goodbye. Before coming, one group of us had asked a staff member by the pool whether small dogs were allowed and was told yes. We brought our dog based on that, but were refused entry. When we asked for the day pass money back, they said we had used their part of the beach, and someone even filmed us as proof. It was a very bad experience. I had planned to book this place in December for my parents, but we're obviously not coming back.

For the price, it's hard to complain. The hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff were amazing, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The food tasted good and had plenty of flavor, though there wasn't much variety. They also had some good hot sauce. Getting to the mall or other activities outside the hotel takes a little while.
