I had a wonderful stay, and the place itself is beautiful. The front desk team always tries to help, though the elevator needs regular maintenance. The housekeepers work hard, but they need proper tools to do the job well and on time. Air fresheners and disinfectants would help too. Thank you!

Right in the middle of the stores, and with the best beach club on the best beaches. The rooms have king-size beds, 42-inch LCD satellite TVs, and all the comforts. There's an international restaurant focused on local seafood and a wonderful breakfast. The location is very good, and the guest service is the best in Venezuela.

The rooms have been renewed recently and are comfortable. Breakfast is included, and the price is the best.

The condition is very bad because of Venezuela's economic situation 🇻🇪.
